Pia Thompson: Speaker and Bible Teacher

“An insight-filled woman of God, Pia Thompson has walked with the Lord for most of her life. She has a solid grounding in the Word that she has a passion for sharing with all those around her. You will be blessed by her empathy for those who suffer, and her hope-filled spirit will ignite your spirit with a new zest for God and His Word. Come, taste and see that the Lord is good!”   Brenda F.

Pia is a Finnish-Canadian Oncology nurse. She was saved by the grace of God, at the age of five at a neighbourhood child evangelism meeting. She is married and has two young adult daughters.

Pia works permanent night shift as an Oncology Nurse and is often found trying to sleep in the day. Pia is a self-confessed Bookaholic, and is not to be trusted near bookstores. She also spends way too much time on Pinterest, pinning recipes completely out of proportion to how much she cooks.

Pia has three blogs, and she has several guest columns published in Barnabas, a Christian magazine. She writes both fiction and non-fiction. She leads the Women of Faith and prepares her own messages. She has spoken at two women's retreats. She is available to speak at Women's meetings in Canada.
